Who are we?

• A group of Business and Career Coaches located in the Dayton, Ohio area 
• Professionals with comprehensive business experience spanning a variety of industries, ranging from small to medium to large corporations
• Experts who have years of experience working in professional and management positions within corporations
• Independent Business Owners

We work with:

• Executives, managers, business owners, entrepreneurs, and others who are committed to personal, professional, and organizational development
• Those who are willing to put forth the work for the change and improvement they say they want to make in their professional and/or personal lives

Most of us provide a variety of corporate training services, as well. All of us are committed to providing our clients with the highest of quality service. When we partner with you as coaches, you are ultimately the one in charge of achieving your goals! We act as your guide-listening, asking the right questions, helping you to accomplish your goals. We may advise you, when appropriate. You are the one, however, who will make (and live with) all decisions during the coaching process.
