Audrey J. Beach

Audrey J. Beach is designated a Registered Corporate Coach (RCC) by the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC). Her advanced coaching coursework includes Certified Coach Intensive Training from Thomas Leonard’s school of coaching, Coachville.  She brings to leadership coaching more than 25 years in management, coaching, facilitation, and training.  Her career spans the industrial sector, research and development, and business services in both public and private organizations.  Audrey coached and consulted with a global career and leadership development corporation in Singapore, where she was a director.  Shortly upon her return to the United States, she managed the company’s Cincinnati, Ohio office.  In 2001 Audrey established her own coaching business, Succeed With Coaching. That same year, Audrey also assisted in launching Creative Learning. Creative Learning, LLC, based in Atlanta, Georgia, is a training company which designs and develops interactive learning maps.

Audrey has coached numerous leaders in the United States and Southeast Asia. Her areas of expertise include: 
•    Providing coaching services to leaders who want to strengthen leadership skills, with emphasis on improving critical interpersonal behaviors and communication skills
•    Working with professionals in the area of career management, which includes career development and career transition

In addition to providing coaching services to individuals, Audrey contracts her services to professional career and leadership consulting organizations, providing coaching services to their clients.  Audrey’s clients have spanned a range of companies and industries.  A partial listing of company clients include Good Samaritan Hospital, The Rittal Corporation, Reynolds & Reynolds, TriHealth, Chiquita, Deloitte & Touche, Goodrich Corporation, The American Plastics Council, IAMS, Vectren, SAIC, CH2M Hill (a contractor for the Department of Energy), S.M. Stoller Corporation, Sinclair Community College, and The University of Dayton.

Audrey’s involvement as a long-standing member and contributor to the former Ohio Quality & Productivity Forum (OQPF) helps her approach challenging business issues from a systems perspective.  She served as the OQPF facilitator to the Board of Directors for over 8 years.  Audrey is certified in utilizing various management and career instruments, including the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).  She has been published in the International Journal, Empowerment in Organizations and various Dayton Daily News (DDN) business articles.

Audrey is a member of the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC), The International Coaching Federation (ICF), Thomas Leonard’s Coachville, DaytonCoaches.org, The Central Ohio Coaches (COC) organization, and The Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Dr. Linda Burrs

Dr. Linda Burrs is the President and Principal Consultant of the Step Up to Success! consulting firm which focuses on leadership and organizational strategies for leaders, teams and individuals. She has been in the corporate and professional training arena for more than 20 years. Her experience includes working with law firms, technology organizations, educators, business professionals, leadership groups and non-profit groups from all walks of social and organizational life.
Linda completed an assignment as the Program Director for the Emerging Leader Program at the University of Dayton's Center for Leadership and Executive Development where she designed curriculum and developed programs for the Emerging Leader program. She remains an active presenter for this program. Linda is a Past President of the Greater Dayton Area Chapter of the Association of Psychological Type in Dayton, OH and is currently Chair, Great Lakes Region of the Association for Psychological Type. She has administered, coached, and trained thousands on the MBTI®.
Dr. Burrs is a Lead Faculty at the University of Phoenix Cincinnati and Dayton campuses. There, she facilitates learning in courses such as: Organizational Behavior, Management, Leadership, and Human Resources Management. Linda is a guest lecturer at Antioch University's McGregor School of Business and Miami University where she lectures on personality types and valuing differences in learning, communication styles, and family life to students in the Masters and undergraduate programs.
Linda's doctorate is in Organizational Leadership and her Masters degree is in Organizational Management. She is a founding member of DaytonCoaches.com, an executive, business and career coaching group formed to support individuals in the greater Dayton community who are committed to personal, professional, and organizational growth and development. Linda is a board member of the Paul Lawrence Dunbar institute (Dayton, OH) and The BenMar Group (New York).

Michael A. Ehrler

Michael Ehrler is the owner of The Growth Coach, a small business coaching company located in Dayton.  His clients are small business owners and managers who feel overwhelmed, overworked, and like prisoners to their businesses.  Through a proven coaching process, Mike helps these very busy and frustrated entrepreneurs to slow down, reflect, and map out critical changes they need to make to improve their businesses and lives.  By helping his clients to enhance their strategic mindset, focus and actions, they achieve greater success and balance in their lives.  Mike’s coaching process provides personal management and business management strategies – a balanced solution to help clients work less, make more, and enjoy richer lives.

Prior to being a business coach, Michael enjoyed fifteen years at Cincinnati Bell and AT&T.  In addition to a successful sales career, he was elevated to management positions and led sales teams, customer service departments, and numerous public relations and advertising initiatives.  In particular, at Cincinnati Bell, he directed the entire customer service process for business and residential clients.  Next, at Fifth Third Bank, he led the relationship management, sales management and customer service efforts for Fifth Third Processing Solutions.

Also, for the last 16 years and at the college level, Michael has taught 17 different types of marketing, management, relationship management and sales classes.  He has served as an adjunct professor at Miami University, Thomas More College, and The College of Mt. St. Joseph.

He graduated from the University of Dayton in 1984 with his degree in marketing and obtained his MBA from Thomas More College in 1999.

Bill Gaffney 

Bill Gaffney is a proven sales and operations manager with almost 30 years in corporate America.  He has been recruiting since 1991.  His search work has included sales and marketing executives, operations’ executives and sales and marketing professionals.

Bill’s background includes 20+ years in the telecommunications’ industry where he was a top sales and sales management performer with NCR and MCI.  Previously he was a general manager with a top restaurant chain where he was recognized for his training and personnel development skills.  He also has assisted in the start up of two companies and a new division of a Fortune 500 firm.

Bill began his executive coaching practice in July, 2002.  At that time he set aside his recruiting practice and focused exclusively on executive coaching for an extended period of time.  Bill works with professionals and executives in job transition, career development and career management.  Many of his clients come from mid and upper level management.  He is recognized for his pragmatic approach and his ability to get to the issues and assist his clients in developing a detailed career and personal map.
